What is your passion and mission in life?

My passion and mission in life is to continue to be encouraging to myself and other girls and women. I think we have a way of overcomplicating things, but we’re all on a journey of striving towards being the best version of ourselves. While attempting to achieve excellence, I think it’s important to know that I’m just like any other girl out there.

What is/was your biggest fear/hardship and how are you/did you overcome it?

I’ve always had the fear of not being good enough. To overcome this, I chant affirmations to myself daily or any time a negative thought or emotion comes up. It’s something that I have to continuously work on.

How has this fear/adversity affected pregnancy and raising children?

As a new mom, I’m over critical of my shortcomings. So, I try everyday to be graceful to myself. I know I’m doing the best that I can, and as long as I’m willing to learn along the journey…

How has Maeband helped you?

Not having to shop for maternity jeans was a money saver and confidence booster. Some of those maternity clothes are so expensive, and the thought of wearing them was not exciting. I was able to continue wearing the jeans that I liked and made me feel good throughout my pregnancy.

You inspire us. How can we continue to follow your story and learn more about you?
